aUDIO Description

As part of the 2024 festival, TOPS will present a number of screenings with optional audio description (AD) for blind, low vision, or visually impaired audience members. Attendees who opt to hear audio description use their own mobile phones and earpieces to access pre-recorded tracks through a Zoom link, which complement the film’s audio deriving from TOPS’ speakers. Zoom info that will be used at screenings offering audio description tracks can be found below.

Pre-recorded audio description at TOPS screenings were created by Rena Altman.

The full list of films that will be presented with optional audio description will be updated here on May 23rd, when TOPS’ whole summer programme is announced.

A complete overview of TOPS venue accessibility features can be found here, and for additional assistance, please contact accessibility@topictureshow.com
